 Carlisle/Big Springs Ice Hockey is poised for a break out season in 2009/2010!
With the joining of Carlisle and Big Spring schools the roster is more balanced than ever. The Big Spring players provide the scoring support the team lacked last season.
Seniors Tyler Campbell, Bobby Donaldson, Conor Kelly, and Nico Giampetro are looking forward to leaving the last two behind, and carry Carlisle/Big Springs to the play-offs. The addition of new student Brendon Schwartzbauer brings more travel hockey experience. The Herd is backed stopped by sophomore goalie Garrett Orr. Orr said “This Herd team has it all, experience, skill, and desire. I expect nothing less than play offs.”
Second year head coach Michael Croftcheck also feel confident. “Most of the team has played together since middle school. We will be a cohesive unit right out of the gate. I believe it an honor and privilege to coach this team.
