2008– 2009 Varsity All Star Games
Tier II At the Tier II level schools represented on the Gold (Away) are: Annville-Cleona, Carlisle, Shamrocks, Cedar Cliff, Central Dauphin East, Red Land, Cocalico, Middletown, Cedar Crest, and Mechanicsburg. At the Tier II level schools represented on the Black (Home) are: Elizabethtown, Kennard-Dale, Penn Manor, Red Lion, Susquehannock, West York, York Suburban, Manheim Township, Lampeter-Strasburg, York Irish and Pequea Valley. Tier I At the Tier I level schools represented on the Gold (Away) are: Warwick, Hempfield, Wilson, Lower Dauphin, and Central Dauphin. At the Tier I level schools represented on the Black (Home) are: Cumberland Valley, Hershey, Palmyra, and Central York. The Junior and Senior Tier I & Tier II games will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2009 at the Giant Center. Tier III games will be held at Twin Ponds East on Saturday, February 28, 2009. At the Tier I and Tier II games the Black will be the HOME team and will wear their own team's HOME jersey and socks. The Gold will be the AWAY team and will wear their own team's AWAY jersey and socks. The West will be the HOME team and will wear their gold jersey. The East will be the AWAY team and will wear their black jersey. All-star participants will not be given jerseys or socks; each player is to bring both Home & Away jerseys from their club to the game. At the Tier III games which will include Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, the Black will be the HOME team and will wear their own team's HOME jersey and socks. The Gold will be the AWAY team and will wear their own team's AWAY jersey and socks. The West will be the HOME team and will wear their gold jersey. The East will be the AWAY team and will wear their black jersey. All-star participants will not be given jerseys or socks; each player is to bring both Home & Away jerseys from their club to the game. Admission to all games are free and programs will be distributed. All concerns and questions regarding the All Star Games selection process are to be directed to Greg Lewis, the1st VP, through the respective Club’s League Representative, as in our League policy for contacting members of the Executive Committee.
