FROM 81 NORTH - Merge with 83 South to Exit 29 (Union Deposit Road).  At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Union Deposit Road.  At the next light, turn left onto Briarsdale Road.  After you turn left onto Briarsdale Road, there is a Your Place Resturant on your right and a McDonalds on your left.  Go straight and then turn right at the second road to the right (Corey Road - approximately 1/2 mile from McDonalds).  Twin Ponds is the second building on the right.
