Following is a list of Announcements from the CPIHL. Appearing in this list
are items that are deemed to be important for the current playing season. The announcements are shown in
date order by the most recent to the oldest.

The Executive Committee has decided that it will not be able to play all regular season varsity games by Feb. 28th. Playoffs
must start on March 3rd, in order to stay on schedule. Teams will be seeded for the playoffs based on the number of points accumulated at the
conclusion of play on Feb. 28th. In the case of a team that has not played the full 18 game schedule, their seeding will be modified by using a percentage
of points and placing them according to that percentage figure. This number will be derived by dividing the actual number of points accumulated by the
possible number of points for the games played.

The CPIHL has been asked by our three catholic school member teams to
immediately change the names of their teams and programs. From this day
forward, the following team changes are being implemented:
Bishop McDevitt will be known as the Crusaders
Trinity will be known as the Shamrocks
York Catholic will be known as the York Irish
